• The leader of the client bid team was interviewed and the client Request For Quotation (RFQ)/Invitation To Tender (ITT) was analysed to determine client requirements
• Desk research was conducted into the client organisation to gain perspective.
• Finally the draft bid documentation was reviewed and areas for improvement identified
