• The logistics division of this major Telecommunications company wanted to ensure that they, in line with the stated corporate mission, were operating at or better than worlds best performance
• They were, however, unsure how to undertake such a task

• Following research into how other companies undertook such a process and through the identification of third party (primarily academic) organisations a process was developed and implemented
• Through facilitated workshops and structured management interviews Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the business were identified and agreed
• Initial meetings with potential benchmark partners were then facilitated to create the network
